Programming is the act of writing, compiling, testing and debugging source code.
Therefore a programmer – computer programmer, coder (a person who designs and writes and tests computer programs)
Developer- someone who develops real estate (especially someone who prepares a site for residential or commercial use).
Software engineer- is a person who applies the principles of software engineering to the design, development, testing, and evaluation of the software and systems that make computers or anything containing software, such as computer chips, work.
